Overnight Bilingual Customer Service Agent

Are you a night owl ready to be a vital voice for businesses and healthcare providers? Map Communications is hiring Overnight Bilingual Customer Service Agents to join our supportive and compassionate team. We provide essential support to diverse clients, from medical offices to apartment complexes.

No experience? No problem! We offer comprehensive training in a positive, team-focused environment designed for your success.

What You'll Do:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls.
  • Greet callers with a polite, pleasant tone.
  • Accurately gather and relay required information.
  • Verify and enter details precisely into our system.

What We're Looking For:

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong English communication (spelling, grammar).
  • Computer skills in a Windows environment.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
  • Availability to work one weekend day per week.
  • The ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish

Compensation & Full-Time Benefits:

  • Compensation: $19/hr
