Shape the Voice of Leadership as Executive Communications Lead!

Trimble is looking for a masterful storyteller to own executive communications for our CEO and leadership team, driving enterprise-level storylines that inspire and build trust across global audiences.

In this role, you will be the strategic architect behind the public persona of Trimble's top executives, including our CEO, directly influencing how our brand narrative and cutting-edge innovations like AI are perceived globally. You will have a unique front-row seat in shaping high-profile speeches and digital advocacy programs that build trust and engagement across the entire industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Orchestrate the entire speechwriting lifecycle for the CEO and C-suite executives, crafting powerful keynote addresses and core "stump speeches" for major global events.

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership, guiding them on narrative alignment, effective storytelling, and impactful delivery.

Spearhead the enterprise-level LinkedIn Ambassadors and employee advocacy programs to amplify Trimble's brand presence through authentic social storytelling.

Define and maintain the overarching brand narrative frameworks and specialized tone-of-voice guidelines for executive-level communication.

Collaborate closely with multimedia production teams, subject matter experts, and speaker coaches to seamlessly prepare executives for high-stakes presentations.

Essential Skills & Experience

You possess exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a proven track record of writing for C-suite executives.

You have demonstrated experience developing complex brand narratives, corporate messaging frameworks, and content governance.

You are a natural influencer who can confidently advise senior leaders and collaborate across diverse, global teams.

You bring a strong background in managing high-profile executive social media accounts and driving corporate employee advocacy.

Bonus Points For

Experience translating complex technical topics, specifically AI and emerging technologies, into accessible and engaging thought leadership content.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
