Executive Assistant

Job Overview

As an Executive Assistant at Beli, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to manage day-to-day operations and ensure the company runs efficiently. You will be responsible for handling scheduling, communication, and coordination across the team, helping to keep priorities organized and execution moving quickly.

This is a highly trusted, high-ownership role supporting both co-founders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Calendar and scheduling

Manage the CEO and CTO calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings
Prioritize and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
Ensure efficient use of time and alignment with company priorities

Communication and coordination

Manage inbound communication and help triage requests
Coordinate across teams to ensure follow-ups and action items are completed
Prepare materials and context for meetings

Operations and logistics

Handle travel planning and logistics for the CEO and CTO
Support planning and coordination for team events and offsites
Assist with day-to-day operational needs across the company

Execution and support

Track key priorities and ensure deadlines are met
Assist with ad hoc projects and special initiatives
Help the CEO, CTO, and team stay organized and focused

Qualifications

2+ years in an executive assistant, operations, or similar role

Compensation
