Qualifications
  • 3+ years of success in recruiting, executive search, recruiting, business development, account management, or a related professional environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
  • Strong consultative, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience, competitiveness, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable working onsite in our office in Solon, OH.
