As a Senior Experience Strategist, you will: 

  • Drive Strategic Customer Relationshipsbydefining the overarching vision and strategic frameworksfor enhancing complex customer interactions across diverse touchpoints. 
  • Architect and Lead Innovative CRM Strategies, applying advanced principles of brand strategy, intricate journey mapping, and sophisticated audience segmentation.
