Job Description Now Hiring: Fabrication & Manufacturing Sales Representative Location: Chandler, AZ Full-Time | Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 DOE + Benefits Are you a go-getter with a strong mechanical background and a knack for sales. We're looking for an experienced Fabrication and Manufacturing Sales Representative to drive growth and deliver top-tier solutions in mechanical piping systems and prefabricated components. What You'll Do Close deals to meet or exceed annual factored sales targets.

Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients. Perform site surveys and evaluate mechanical piping systems for fabrication projects. Present and explain prefabricated systems, skid packages, and custom product recommendations.

Estimate project costs and apply company pricing structures to proposals. Manage a backlog of quotes and keep client communication timely and professional. Collaborate with fabrication, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain strong customer relationships by solving issues promptly and clearly documenting solutions. What You Bring Working knowledge of mechanical piping systems, welding, and fabrication equipment. Sales experience with a strong ability to read technical drawings and communicate value effectively.

Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines with a client-focused mindset. High school diploma required; pipefitting or welding experience a plus. Willingness to participate in company-sponsored sales and estimating training.
