The Ideal Candidate
You're not the person sitting behind a desk all day.
You're not the person yelling from across the shop.
You're the person walking the floor, solving problems, answering questions, adjusting priorities, and making sure the team succeeds.
You understand that leadership isn't about giving orders—it's about removing obstacles and helping people do their best work.
If that sounds like you, we'd like to talk.
