  • Our trusted client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day production operations at their growing facility in Salt Lake City. This is a key leadership role with long-term growth potential, open due to an upcoming retirement after nearly four decades of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a production team (9โ€“20 employees as operations scale)
  • Oversee scheduling, quality, and workflow across multiple departments
  • Work closely with leadership on process improvement and team development
  • Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and procurement teams
  • Maintain a visible, on-the-floor leadership presence
