Schedule: Day Shift (overtime and weekends as needed)

At Traco Manufacturing, we’re hiring two Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians to support our growing production operations—one entry–mid level and one experienced.

Compensation

$26.00 – $34.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to support continuous manufacturing operations. This role also assists with facility systems as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
  • Assist with installation and setup of manufacturing equipment
  • Support facility systems including HVAC, lighting, and compressed air
  • Read and interpret basic schematics and technical manuals
  • Maintain work orders, logs, and maintenance records
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of maintenance, mechanical, or related experience
  • Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic electrical knowledge; PLC experience a plus
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
