How does a Managing Broker typically support and oversee real estate agents within their brokerage?

A Managing Broker plays a critical role in mentoring, training, and supervising real estate agents to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies. They are responsible for supervising real estate agents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and managing the business aspects of the brokerage, such as hiring, training, and transaction oversight. Managing Brokers often hold a higher level of licensure than standard brokers or agents and may also handle complex transactions or disputes. Their leadership is crucial for maintaining ethical standards and fostering a productive work environment.

With established property management offices in Noblesville and Bloomington, and a new office opening soon in Anderson, we have a massive untapped funnel of investor clients and retail leads. We need a leader to turn that potential into a thriving brokerage team.
The Opportunity: Compensation & Benefits
We offer a structure designed for high-performers who want the stability of a base salary with the unlimited upside of a producer and a leader.
  • Base Salary: $48,000/year.
  • Personal Production: A generous commission split on all deals you personally broker.
  • Leadership Bonus: A monthly bonus based on the top-line revenue of the entire brokerage.
  • Growth Potential: Direct influence on the expansion of a multi-city enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
As the Managing Broker, you will be the backbone of our Indiana operations, ensuring compliance while driving aggressive growth.

  • Growth Mindset: A "hunter" mentality with the ability to recruit and retain talent.
  • Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of IREC regulations, Indiana license law, and property management/brokerage intersections.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate the needs of agents, clients, and corporate leadership.
