What you'll do
Office & Facilities Management
  • Oversee daily administrative operations across office and warehouse sites.
  • Manage facility administration - maintenance, repairs, and service contracts - and ensure a safe, organized, functional work environment.
  • Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and government agencies on facility compliance and permits.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.

Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, warehouse consumables, and operational materials.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts when needed.
  • Monitor purchasing processes and ensure cost control.

Budget & Finance Support
  • Coordinate administrative expenses, vendor payments, and invoice tracking.
  • Assist the finance team with documentation and expense management for administrative operations.

Compliance & Records
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements - business licenses, permits, and operational documentation.
  • Maintain administrative records and documentation for audits and internal reporting.

Team & Cross-functional Leadership
  • Supervise and support administrative staff - assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse Management to support business operations.
  • Assist with company projects related to office setup, warehouse operations, and organizational initiatives.

What you bring
