Compensation

Corrugated Machinery Specialists is looking for a talented Office Administrator to join the team full-time. This position pays $70,000 — $75,000 per year.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will support a wide range of administrative functions, including records management, accounting support, workflow coordination, mail and correspondence distribution, facilities oversight, and general office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and plays a key role in supporting the success of the entire organization.

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience preferred

• Extensive QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

         •  Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods

         •  Frequent use of hands and arms

         •  Ability to regularly lift 5–25 lbs.

         •  Occasional climbing, crouching, or crawling

         •  Ability to work in a moderate-noise environment

         •  Frequent computer use throughout the workday
