Job description

Ecommerce Fulfillment and Customer Service Representative
Job Number: 711
Salary: $17.90
Duties:
Responsible for the fulfillment of online orders from UCLAStore.com. Prepare, process, and sort products to be shipped to customers. Maintain stock levels via intra-department transfers, inventory reconciliation, etc.
Manage UCLA Store eCommerce Pick Up window during business hours, which includes; keeping track and updating order statuses, taking orders and answering customer questions in person, online and over the phone, handling and transporting merchandise.
Basic office tasks such as data entry, filing, etc. are required.
Requirements:
Must be able to do work that requires frequent bending, lifting, pushing, walking, standing, and climbing ladders. Applicants must be able to lift up to 30lbs. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate recording keeping skills are necessary. Must be self-motivated and able to multi task. Basic computer skills are also required.
MUST BE AVAILABLE THROUGH SUMMER BREAK (SUMMER POSITION ONLY).
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Weekends, 11am-4pm
