Responsibilties:
  • Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Cook and maintain the quality of boba pearls and other toppings throughout the day.
  • Measure, mix, and adjust ingredients to ensure consistency and flavor.
  • Innovate and suggest new drink ideas or variations to enhance the menu.
  • Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and customization options.
  • Take customer orders accurately, process transactions, and handle payments.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or special requests promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Follow proper food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
  • Assist with daily opening, closing, and shift change tasks, including equipment cleaning and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, such as teas, syrups, and toppings.
  • Communicate restocking needs to management in a timely manner.
  • Properly store and label all ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
