Reports to: Social Engagement Coordinator

Hourly expectation: 20-30 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts as needed

Location: Remote Work (Limited to Texas, Arkansas, North Carolina, South Carolina)

Hourly Rate: $13.00 per hour

Mandatory Weekend, Early Morning, and Night Shifts Weekly

Job Overview

Bubble Skincare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Media Engagement Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, social media, and digital marketing, and is willing to go the extra mile to enhance our online presence. 

Please note that weekend and holiday availability are a requirement for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and engage with users on social media platforms.
  • Respond to each and every comment, DM, and featured videos in a timely and professional manner in our specific tone of voice.
  • Collaborate with our social media team to maintain and improve best practices for increasing engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for social media engagement.
  • Commit to the overall expectation of keeping our online community excited and engaged.
  • Surface Creators who are passionate about Bubble who could make for a great member of the Bubble Creator or Ambassador communities. 
  • Monitor and raise any concerns from individuals posting about Bubble.

Skills and Requirements:

  • All applicants must understand that weekend, and holiday availability are a requirement for this position. Shifts include:
    • 7:00AM-12:30PM 
    • 9:00AM-2:30PM
    • 12:00PM-5:30PM
    • 1:00PM-6:30PM
    • 3:30PM-9:00PM
    • 6:30PM-12:00AM
    • 7:30PM-1:00AM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus
