We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Sales Account Manager to help grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.


Position Summary

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing customer accounts within the semiconductor and automation industry. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, relationship-building skills, and business development experience. The ideal candidate understands semiconductor manufacturing environments and can communicate effectively with engineering, operations, and executive teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with semiconductor OEMs, fabs, and manufacturing customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads
  • Drive sales growth and secure new purchase orders
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions
  • Work closely with engineering and operations teams to support customer requirements
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts
  • Follow up on customer projects, RFQs, and open opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, customer activity reports, and sales pipelines
  • Support trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution
  • Travel to customer sites as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience in semiconductor, robotics, automation, or manufacturing industries
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor equipment or automation systems
  • Experience working with OEMs, fabs, or advanced manufacturing customers preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed


Preferred Experience

  • Semiconductor wafer handling or factory automation experience
  • Robotics or motion control knowledge
  • Experience selling capital equipment or technical manufacturing solutions
  • Existing semiconductor industry connections are highly desirable.
