In addition to the text modality, use cases demand Speech and Digital Human (or Digital Avatar) capabilities. We need a senior account manager to passionately drive these technologies in the Enterprise and win NVIDIA platform (Software + Hardware) adoption. You will drive GTM (go to market) aspects of the collaboration including but not limited to defining our GTM strategy (industry, partners), sales enablement materials, train partner and field, working with the sales account team on creating and closing pipeline opportunities and provide feedback to the product team based on customer requirements. What you'll be doing:

  • Elevate and prioritize the most promising Semiconductor ecosystem providers based on capacity to scale, attract capital, and drive sustained sales offtake, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA's strategy.

  • Establish and implement the comprehensive NVIDIA Semiconductor ecosystem GTM plan involving local and global partners

  • Drive GTM strategy and execution for the Semiconductor ecosystem monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and recommending data-backed optimizations to enhance offtake.

  • Accountable for delivering incremental revenue and pipeline quarter over quarter, with the ability to close complicated business deals.

  • Work with internal partners to design full systems to enable the cloud business and provide continuous strategic, product, and tactical updates from HQ.

  • Collaborate effectively with product, sales, and partnerships teams to maintain alignment on priorities and execution.

  • Represent NVIDIA and at strategic industry forums and identify/drive engagement in key ecosystem events to build visibility and partnerships.

  • Own the event strategy, which includes evaluating, prioritizing, and supporting coverage for NVIDIA and non-NVIDIA industry events.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ overall years of Technology Sales Leadership with a consistent record of exceeding targets.

  • Deep AI/ML Domain Expertise in Conversational/Enterprise AI and Foundational Models (LLMs).

  • Proven Success with Executive Relationships including forming strategic partnerships and leading complex deals in matrixed environments.

  • Mastery of Solution Architecture and Strategy including developing and driving joint sales models and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

  • Expert Knowledge of the AI Customer Journey and adoption trends in Cloud technologies.

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/People Leadership, including the ability to recruit, empower, and manage sales teams.

  • Relevant Technical Degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience); Master's/MBA highly desirable.

  • Ability to Travel up to 50% for global engagements and partnership development.

  • Track record of successfully growing revenue for new, innovative technology-based solutions, demonstrating deep experience in Conversational AI.

  • Proven knowledge of pricing strategies, channel economics, and influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
