A company is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager (Temp) to support external reporting and ensure compliance during a key reporting cycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical accounting expertise who can step in and lead high-impact reporting efforts.

Overview

The SEC Reporting Manager will oversee the preparation of SEC filings and financial disclosures, working closely with leadership and auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
  • Draft financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
  • Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders
  • Support technical accounting research and implementation
  • Assist with internal controls and reporting processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
