SEC Reporting Manager
Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 + 15% Incentive Bonus + Profit Sharing
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the SEC Reporting Manager:
• Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and disclosure requirements.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance.
• Manage tax-related responsibilities, including deferred tax calculations, filings, and compliance activities.
• Oversee GAAP compliance, internal controls, SOX-related processes, and general ledger accuracy.
• Support acquisition accounting, fair value assessments, and integration of acquired entities.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and business leaders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Qualifications for the SEC Reporting Manager:
• CPA designation required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, and SEC reporting experience.
• Public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred, with financial institution experience considered a plus.
