Job description

Job Summary 

Marriott International is seeking a Manager, Reporting, to join our Procurement Operations team. Procurement Operations is responsible for leading core functions such as governance, vendor support, technology, reporting, and management of revenues and receivables. 

The Manager provides analytical and reporting support across sourcing, contracting, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering insights that improve category management plans, sourcing outcomes, contract performance, compliance monitoring, and support ESG reporting efforts. 

Required Experiences  

  •  3+ years of experience in analytics, procurement, sourcing, finance, or a related field  
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)  

Preferred Experiences 

  • Experience working with contract data, procurement metrics, or reporting environments preferred  
  • Familiarity with ESG or sustainability reporting concepts  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Gather market data and provide to category management teams 
  • Analyze contract lifecycle metrics, including cycle times, throughput, and compliance, to identify trends and improvement opportunities  
  • Extract contractual SLAs and support ongoing SLA management reporting 
  • Perform should-cost analysis to support sourcing events and assessments 
  • Support ESG and sustainability reporting by gathering and analyzing relevant data  
  • Partner with sourcing, procurement, and reporting teams to align on data needs, reporting requirements, and insights  
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools  
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes  
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting key findings and actionable insights  
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and process standardization
