Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Remote (Preference for CA-based; open to exceptional US-based talent)

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates

Position Overview

TechStaffers is partnering with a high-growth, mission-driven legal technology startup dedicated to democratizing access to high-skilled immigration. By leveraging a proprietary AI-powered platform, they are streamlining the complex visa process to help world-class talent build their future in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Preparation: Prepare and draft complex, employment-based visa petitions (primarily O-1 and EB-1) using a proprietary AI platform.
  • End-to-End Management: Own the petition process from initial document organization to ensuring the final 300–1,500 page submission is perfectly assembled.

  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and excited about the intersection of law and AI.
  • Meticulous Detail: You have an eye for accuracy and the ability to manage high-volume workloads without sacrificing quality.

Interview Process

  1. Introductory Call: Initial screening.
  2. Second Round Interview: Deep dive into technical and writing skills.
