This LCSW role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing team members to effectively manage their time while providing critical support to clients. You will engage with a variety of clients through telehealth platforms, enabling you to provide assessments and therapy sessions that respect the unique cultural and individual needs of each client. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, including identifying their unique needs and available resources.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans in consultation with clients, their families, and relevant service providers to ensure comprehensive support and treatment.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at empowering clients to achieve their personal recovery goals.
• Engage in crisis intervention and management strategies, providing immediate support and referrals when necessary to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, including maintaining up-to-date records and submitting timely reports on treatment outcomes and service utilization.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review and refine treatment approaches while sharing effective practices for improved client outcomes.
• Provide education and guidance on community resources to clients and their families, enhancing their understanding of available support services.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and conduct in line with professional guidelines and the organizational code of conduct.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related field is required; an LCSW license is essential for this position.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to engage effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for client management and service documentation.

• Experience working in substance abuse treatment and mental health counseling, specifically with adults who have complex psychological needs.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices and recovery-oriented approaches to mental health and substance use issues.
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and therapeutic progress.
