• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs effectively.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals, modifying them as necessary based on progress and changes.
• Deliver individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing suitable therapeutic interventions to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care to clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to continually enhance clinical skills and comply with professional development requirements.
