Growth Marketing Manager
Remote (NY, MA, or RI)| Full-Time

Through our growing telehealth division, we connect children, adults, and families with licensed behavioral health professionals through innovative virtual care services.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help expand awareness, engagement, and access to our local and telehealth services. This role will leverage both B2C business-to-consumer (clients/family) and B2B business-to-business (referral partners) marketing expertise to increase brand awareness, grow our client base, strengthen referral partnerships, and support continued organizational growth.

The ideal candidate combines digital marketing expertise with a passion for healthcare, a strong understanding of behavioral health services, and a proven ability to drive measurable growth through innovative marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys building growth strategies, analyzing data, and helping more individuals and families gain access to high-quality behavioral healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize audience targeting, conversion rates, lead generation, and return on investment.

  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Support SEO, content marketing, and website optimization initiatives to increase visibility and engagement.

Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to engage prospective clients, families, caregivers, and community members seeking behavioral health services.

  • Drive growth in inquiries, referrals, and admissions through digital marketing, content creation, social media, and targeted outreach initiatives.

  • Enhance awareness and trust in the brand while promoting access to virtual behavioral healthcare services.

  • Create messaging and campaigns that support engagement throughout the client journey, from initial awareness through ongoing care.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing:

  • Develop marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with referral partners, healthcare providers, schools, hospitals, community organizations, employers, and payer partners.

  • Create materials and campaigns that support business development efforts and increase referral volume across service lines and markets.

  • Identify opportunities to expand referral networks and increase organizational visibility within the behavioral healthcare community.

  • Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to support growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital performance marketing, GTM (Go-to-Market) Strategy, or related a directly role.

  • Healthcare / SaaS experience (Software as a Service) - Experience in high-growth industries required, with behavioral health or telehealth marketing strongly preferred.

  • Direct to consumer marketing experience in the healthcare field strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing both B2C and B2B marketing strategies.

  • Experience building referral networks, generating qualified leads, and supporting organizational growth initiatives.

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and SEO best practices.

  • Experience measuring and optimizing conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

  • Proven experience partnering with social media influencers

  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and marketing budgets.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must reside in NY, MA, or RI

Compensation:

  • Full Time - Salary $110,000 - $120,000
