Location: Jacksonville, FL
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time remote behavioral health position. This role centers on providing therapy to clients through telehealth, helping them work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns in a structured clinical setting.

You will be responsible for managing client sessions, completing documentation, and creating care plans that reflect each client's needs. The role requires strong clinical judgment, dependable follow-through, and the ability to build trust through virtual care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote therapy to assigned clients
  • Complete psychosocial assessments and intake documentation
  • Develop client-centered treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy using evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical notes and records
  • Track client progress and revise goals when appropriate
  • Follow telehealth, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Recognize and respond to client safety concerns
  • Participate in care coordination when needed

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
  • Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
