• Conduct comprehensive remote therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs using our advanced online platform.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on the client’s unique goals and challenges.
• Regularly assess client progress through systematic evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Maintaining up-to-date client records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, prioritizing confidentiality and accuracy.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with other mental health professionals to develop integrated care approaches.
• Adhere strictly to ethical practices and legal standards in mental health service delivery.

You will be working with a diverse population of clients seeking individualized support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, allowing you to utilize cultural competence and sensitivity when designing and implementing treatment plans.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in providing effective individual therapy; proficiency in therapy modalities is preferred.
• A strong understanding of and ability to implement therapeutic techniques through digital platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to thrive in both autonomous work and collaborative environments.

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote setting or utilizing teletherapy tools will be highly beneficial. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a proactive approach to continuous learning in the evolving mental health field will also set you apart as a potential candidate.

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
