Job description

Masterโ€™s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting school-aged learners during the 2026-2027 school year. This per diem, remote (VOCO) position is tailored for professionals passionate about positive behavioral change. Youโ€™ll serve as a vital resource, collaborating virtually with education teams and families to implement highly effective behavior intervention plans.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering services within educational settings
  • Proficiency in conducting functional behavior assessments
  • Strong skills developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in remote environments
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with virtual meeting platforms

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and analyze student behavior data virtually
  • Create evidence-based behavior intervention plans customized for each student
  • Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to school personnel and caregivers via telepractice
  • Monitor student progress and refine strategies to maximize outcomes
