Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, managing your caseload to fit your personal working hours while leveraging company tools to streamline setup.
  • Engage with established marketing support to grow your client base, receiving direct referrals that match your expertise and specialties.
  • Conduct initial assessments and follow-up sessions via telehealth, ensuring to provide client-centered treatment that aligns with their specific needs.

  • Verify client insurance benefits through automated systems, ensuring prompt access to necessary services for all clients without delays.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range widely, encompassing individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. We take pride in our ability to cater to underserved populations, including individuals who may face geographical or financial barriers to receiving mental health care. Every session is tailored to each client’s unique circumstances, promoting a personalized approach to their well-being.

Qualifications
  • Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the relevant state.
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • A designated workspace that ensures privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client information.
  • Ability to meet background check and regulatory compliance requirements as outlined by state laws.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment methodologies.
  • Proficient in using technology platforms for video communications and client management.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in creating and implementing treatment plans aligned with clients’ goals and progress.
  • Background in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance case handling and outcomes.
  • Understanding of evidence-based practices such as DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload size. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Professional development reimbursement for continuing education and certifications.
  • Administrative assistance for scheduling, billing, and insurance tasks to allow you to focus solely on client care.
  • A collaborative approach, where peer consultation and supervision are provided regularly to ensure quality care and professional growth.
  • Flexible work hours that promote a balanced lifestyle outside of work commitments.
  • Access to a robust network of professionals for referrals and collaborative efforts.
