The Office Manager (Remote) will play a key role in supporting a medium-sized team by efficiently managing office operations and providing seamless administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate communication, scheduling, and vendor relationships to maintain smooth daily operations without the need for travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration tasks and facilitate smooth daily operations
- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings via remote collaboration tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Handle communication management and ensure timely responses
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate staff activities and support team collaboration
- Track expenses and manage budgets related to office operations
- Provide customer support and address internal queries
- Manage vendor relationships focused on office supplies, services, and facilities maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management
- Strong skills in data entry and customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail
- Experience with remote collaboration tools including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Google Workspace
