Job Summary:

This Digital Banking Specialists provide support for Digital Banking functions and processing as part of the Digital Banking team in the Electronic Banking Department. This position is responsible for the processing and support of sweep accounts, E-Lockbox, business and consumer internet banking and bill pay, business and consumer mobile banking, express deposits, providing commercial customer service support, People Pay, FDIC-Insured Sweep Account, and other electronic banking functions. This position will also answer internal and external phone calls and reconcile miscellaneous General Ledger and deposit accounts.

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:

  • Process pending new consumer online banking registrations, maintenance requests, bill pay registrations, and bill pay temporary and permanent limit updates (ensuring appropriate approvals are received)
  • Open, monitor, and process cases for bill pay and People Pay disputes (according to Reg E requirements as applicable)
  • Process any business and consumer Digital Banking new setups or maintenance requests. Send out welcome emails and login instructions for all new setups.
  • Process Repo sweep file and sweep confirmations
  • Pull reports and submit daily settlement requests for Bill Pay Consolidation f/k/a E-Lockbox service
  • Review and approve/decline mobile banking deposit exceptions during closing shift
  • Process reconcilements of various Digital Banking General Ledger and deposit accounts
  • Answer internal and external phone calls and provide customer support for all functions processed by the Digital Banking team, including assisting customers with troubleshooting any issues they may experience
  • Process other miscellaneous functions, including scanning, address changes, and filing
  • Process various month end tasks, including reconcilements and reports
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Two-year post-secondary degree/specialized study preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • College background preferred
  • At least one year of previous experience in customer service, bank operations, and/or Digital Banking product experience required
  • Or a combination of education and experience

Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of financial institutions, payment processing flows (especially electronic payments) and the financial networks for processing
  • Extensive knowledge of any applicable digital payment regulations

Hiring Salary Range

The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $21.75 - $25.25 plus annual bonus.
