Position Summary

The Spa Manager serves as the steward of wellness and service excellence, overseeing all aspects of spa operations and guest experience. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this leader will blend operational expertise, team leadership, and luxury hospitality standards to create a seamless and memorable member journey.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring impeccable service, cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to luxury standards.

* Lead, mentor, and inspire therapists and spa staff to deliver personalized, memorable experiences.

* Develop and implement wellness programs, treatments, and member experiences that reflect the community’s exclusive lifestyle.

* Manage scheduling, inventory, budgeting, and operational processes to maximize efficiency and service quality.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for member feedback, resolving concerns with professionalism, discretion, and care.

* Partner with other departments to ensure a cohesive, elevated experience across all member touchpoints.

Qualifications

* Proven spa management experience within a luxury hotel, resort, private club, or comparable high-end environment.
