As our Asset Reliability Manager โ€” Fabrication Systems, you will lead maintenance strategy and hands-on execution to keep equipment operating at peak performance. If you thrive on diagnosing complex issues, guiding techs, and eliminating downtime before it starts, this role is for you.A day in this roleYouโ€™ll walk the floor, review KPIs on preventive tasks, assign urgent work orders, and jump in on a stubborn fault. Before lunch you may coordinate a crane inspection, verify LOTO on a CNC before a spindle service, and fine-tune a VFD on a conveyor.
