We are looking for a Senior Data Steward Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and governance of data assets within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and privacy.

Requirements

•Preference will be given to candidates located in the Plano, TX or Purchase, NY area and are able to be in office on a hybrid schedule

•Support the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) program to identify and validate data sources to fulfill IBP requirements.

•Identify data sources and partner with business and tech teams to address gaps; check that joining of different data sources generates a meaningful final dataset for a particular use case.

•Perform trend and/or pattern analysis

•Support source to target mapping (STTM)

•Conduct business-facing, data quality rule definition and capture

•Complete data cataloging for assigned assets while adhering to global governance standards

•Monitor data quality scorecards/reports and engage data owners to address exceptions

•Responsible for the promotion of data accuracy and adherence to PepsiCo defined data management and governance practices, as well as driving acceptance of PepsiCo's enterprise data standards and policies across the various business segments and areas that utilize (formally and informally) enterprise data and information.

•Take an interest to learn and quickly demonstrate domain and/or business functional knowledge to enable validation of data requirements

•Maintain and advise relevant stakeholders as appropriate on data governance related matters.

•Coordinate across the organization (with fellow Enterprise Data Stewards and the EDG leader; strategic initiatives, Digital Use Cases and the federated data network) to maintain consistency of PepsiCo's critical enterprise, digital, operational and analytical data.

•Ensure data-centric activities are aligned with the enterprise data governance program and leverage applicable data standards, governance processes, and overall best practices.

•Capture and build (business logic) of aggregation and disaggregation logic of master data & joins of transactional data

Qualifications / Requirements:

•6+ years of experience working in Data Governance or Data Management experience within a global CPG (Consumer Packaged Good) company or similar industry, general understanding of data governance concepts and processes

•Strong data management background who understands data, how to ingest data, proper data use/consumption, data quality, and stewardship.

•Ability to partner with both business and technical subject matter experts to ensure standardization of operational information and execution of enterprise-wide data governance policies and procedures are defined and implemented.

•Experience with SAP Forecast to Schedule (FTS) module that will allow for intelligent questioning of business and technical stakeholders to attain data source and data flow details

•Strong communication skills and Excel proficiency, including experience profiling with Excel

•Experience researching, validating, profiling and cataloging datasets

•Informatica (EDC, Axon, IDQ, Reference 360) experience preferred

•Experience with O9 Solutions IBP module is a plus
