Job description

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Program Manager with a passion for developing and implementing holistic well-being programs to support a high-profile corporate client based out of Irving, TX.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote each week.
What you will do:
  • Assesses population health needs using audit tools, feedback from employees, and the client to develop and deploy appropriate well-being solutions and programming.
  • Develops and executes population health project management activities with resource availability and allocation, reporting, and on-time delivery of projects, within scope and budget.
  • Manages the client's population health offerings (e.g., discount programs, incentives, programming, health plan resources, homegrown resources).
  • Works across all population health vendors to remove barriers, enhance referral pathways and create integration opportunities under a unified strategy.
  • Utilizes claim and related data to monitor, track, forecast, and analyze trends & challenges, to identify opportunities to drive further engagement and clinical value.
  • Manages a team of Health Promotion Specialists across multiple site locations.
  • Provides oversight & best practice guidance to workplace and virtual population health initiatives and focus areas (well-being, fitness, clinical and mental health).

What we are looking for:
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., health promotion, health education, public health).
  • Five or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, corporate wellness, human resources and organizational behavior or a related field.
  • Two or more years of experience with implementation or large healthcare project management experience.
  • Strong project management experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • One or more years of people management experience.
  • Experience in financial reporting, trend analysis, and communicating at an executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, design and implement solutions to problems involving analytical and creative elements.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective and engaging public speaking skills with the ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients and participants.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
