โ€ข Engage with Partner Factories on production status updates and participate in collaborative problem-solving when issues require a coordinated response.
โ€ข Manage programs that span complex scopes including secondary assembly, box builds, functional test, and programming and understand the operational nuances each adds to a program.
โ€ข Monitor program schedules and proactively flag risks before they become delays.
โ€ข Maintain accurate program and account data within Salesforce logging activities, managing account records, tracking open items, and running reports to support program visibility across the team.
โ€ข Support handoffs between NPI and production, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You Bring

โ€ข Prior experience in a role closely aligned to this one: end-to-end program ownership, primary customer point of contact, and cross-functional accountability.
โ€ข A strong work ethic and genuine sense of ownership. You follow through and hold yourself to a high standard.
โ€ข A professional, personable, and composed customer-facing presence that builds trust and keeps customers confident.
โ€ข A team-first mindset. Collaborative, constructive, and dependable.
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across different lifecycle stages without losing detail or missing commitments.
โ€ข Calm and decisive under pressure, with experience managing escalations and communicating confidently through problems.
โ€ข Comfortable influencing and coordinating across teams you do not directly manage.
