Are you a skilled healthcare leader ready to make a meaningful impact in a growing, patient-first organization?

IVX Health is seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to oversee our infusion centers in the Fort Wayne market. Based ideally in or near Fort Wayne, IN, the Practice Manager will lead both clinical and administrative teams across multiple sites, driving operational excellence and ensuring a consistently exceptional patient experience.


What You'll Do

  • Lead Multi-Center Operations
    Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned centers, serving as the on-site and on-call resource for clinical and administrative escalations.

  • Manage and Coach High-Performing Teams
    Directly supervise both clinical and non-clinical staff, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, PTO management, and performance development.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence at the Front Desk
    Drive success in pre-visit verification, patient onboarding, scheduling and retention, and accurate EMR documentation in partnership with front desk staff.

  • Partner to Drive Revenue and Quality Outcomes
    Collaborate with clinical teams, regional leadership, and centralized departments (revenue cycle, pharmacy, etc.) to ensure clean workflows and efficient, reimbursable care.

  • Support P&L Execution
    Own center-level business performance metrics and collaborate with the Regional Operations Director and VP to hit financial goals.

  • Strengthen Community and Vendor Relationships
    Serve as the primary liaison for non-referring vendor relationships, including supervising physicians, community groups, and strategic drug partners.

  • Champion a Culture of Accountability and Growth
    Reinforce IVX's values and standards by fostering a culture of operational rigor, continuous improvement, and collaborative leadership.

  • Drive Growth in Patient Volume
    Strategize alongside Business Development Managers to support referral relationships and market expansion efforts.


What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare, outpatient, or multi-site operational setting

  • Proven success managing both clinical and administrative teams

  • Experience in healthcare front desk operations, patient access, or revenue cycle preferred

  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, productivity, and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams

  • Solutions-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot, resolve conflicts, and implement improvements

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to lead with empathy and decisiveness

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or related field preferred
