  • Shift Schedule: 4 to 8 call shifts per month. Available schedules include 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, or 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM (24-hour call).

  • Board: Board Certified - American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
  • Licenses: Active Texas Medical License
  • DEA: Active Texas DEA
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-scope midwifery experience; Minimum of 2 years of recent first assist experience (within the past 2 years)
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide full-scope midwifery care in an inpatient hospital setting.
  • Support patients throughout labor and delivery, including first assist duties.
  • Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage patients.
  • Perform well-woman gynecologic exams across the lifespan.
  • Participate in 12-hour or 24-hour in-house call coverage.
