Job description

Job Summary:

The Credit Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and performance of Pinnacle's credit portfolio. This position ensures that the portfolio aligns with the organization's risk appetite and business objectives by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing credit strategies. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify trends, mitigate risks, and recommend improvements, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying trends and risks; develop and implement portfolio management strategies; ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements; collaborate with credit, risk, and business teams; prepare and present portfolio reports to senior management; recommend improvements to enhance portfolio quality and performance; support stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk assessment activities; maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes; provide guidance and mentorship to junior portfolio staff; manage relationships with external partners and business partners.

Minimum Education:

minimum of 10 years of experience in credit portfolio management within financial services;

  • strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, portfolio management techniques, and regulatory requirements; excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; proven ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver results; proficiency with portfolio management software and financial systems; attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
