Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team and provide exceptional care to our guests. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters growth, respect, and rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide guidance on medication management, wound care, and other medical interventions

  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and identify opportunities for professional development

  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and maintain accurate records

  • Maintain a culture of safety, respect, and compassion, and promote a positive work environment
