Branch Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our fire protection sales, service & installation operations teams. The ideal candidate will oversee daily branch activities, manage project teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role requires a strong background in fire protection systems, team leadership, and branch operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage branch operations, including installation projects and service delivery.

Supervise and develop branch staff including department managers, sales staff, administrative personnel, design team members and technicians.

Ensure compliance with fire protection codes, standards, and safety regulations.

Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional customer support.
