Our US hub is based in Orlando – the global capital of theme parks and entertainment.

The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our US team. This dynamic, entrepreneurial role combines sales, onboarding, and after-sales support to ensure our clients receive top-notch service from start to finish. You’ll work closely with the founder of GoPhoto, helping grow our US client base and keeping current clients happy and thriving.

This is not your average desk job — each day is different, exciting, and full of opportunities to make an impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Support new sales efforts with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Assist in onboarding and account management for new clients
  • Maintain relationships and provide excellent after-sales support
  • Track sales activities using Pipedrive (or similar CRM tools)
  • Collaborate directly with the founder and Dutch HQ team
  • Help implement and optimize our photo solutions at client sites

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in leisure, tourism, or entertainment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building strong client relationships

Requirements

  • Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Erplain and general business software (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Based in Orlando, FL
