Description

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative for our on-site team in Denver. The ideal candidate is either currently based in the Denver area or looking to relocate.An Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for supporting the Account Management team in the pursuit of new opportunities and building client relationships. ISRs must be motivated to excel in every task, small or large. They must be quick to learn the ins and outs of the construction industry and be goal-oriented, but also have a natural disposition to strike up conversations with people they don't know.


Responsibilities

  • Complete daily outbound calls/emails to new Client prospects
  • Tracking leads and project information by updating the CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Maintaining and leading project follow-ups by sending reminders
  • Be quick to respond/jump on tasks, and reliably deliver results from the Office.
  • Fully support the Account Management team: EX: Sending out proposals and documents as instructed by the Account Manager
  • Coordinating client-facing affairs. Inclusive, but not limited to: Events, client office visits, site lunches, etc.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills to engage in client-facing affairs
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and appetite to grow
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Construction Industry ins and outs (Preferred)
  • Basic to advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF Edit, and Canva (Preferred)
