Position Summary
The B2B Sales Executive willbe responsible fordriving growth withinSelectBlinds' Trade Program and commercial accounts by building strong relationships with contractors, interior designers, developers, and other trade professionals. This role requires a proactive sales mindset, ability to manage inbound and outbound opportunities, andexpertisein guiding clients through large and custom project orders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

  • Manage inbound B2B inquiries (trade program signups, commercial inquiries, large orders).
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting trade professionals, site leads, and external leads.
  • Track and follow up on assigned leads through CRM tools (Pipedrive, Zendesk,Klaviyo).

Client Relationship Development

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned trade customers, offering a concierge-level experience for Silver, Gold, and Platinumtiers.
  • Build andmaintainlong-term partnerships with interior designers, contractors, developers, and resellers.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations, quotations, and bulk order solutions.

Sales Growth

  • Negotiate pricing and prepare custom quotes for high-value projects in coordination with the Deal Desk (orders above $10K).
  • Drive revenue growth across multiple B2B channels (trade program, outbound, site leads, external leads).
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including lead-to-order conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and total revenue targets.

Account & Program Support

  • Assistwith onboarding trade program members by confirming tax exemption certificates (TEC) or business licenses.
  • Communicate membership benefits clearly by tier (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum) and ensure clients receive the correct service level.
  • Manage escalations, special requests, and high-priority accounts (Gold/Platinum).

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner with Customer Service and Marketing teams to delivera seamlesstrade experience.
  • Provide weekly reporting on pipeline activity, lead status, and conversion results.
  • Share feedback from the field to improve trade program processes, pricing, and promotions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or trade/customer-facing roles.
  • Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communicationand negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Zendesk,Klaviyo).
  • Knowledge of home improvement, interior design, or construction industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Performance Metrics

  • Lead Conversion Rate (CVR) from assigned channels.
  • Average Order Value (AOV) growth across accounts.
  • Revenue contribution by trade tier (Blue, Silver, Gold, Platinum).
  • Customer satisfaction and retention within the Trade Program.
