Trade Sales Representative (Builder Division)
Position Information
Position: Trade Sales Representative
Reports To: Sales Manager / Ownership
Department: Sales
Position Summary
Arch City Window is seeking a driven Trade Sales Representative to develop and manage builder and contractor accounts. This role focuses on business development, blueprint take-offs, order generation, and account management within the builder market. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-oriented, and comfortable reading construction plans. Some travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with builders and trade partners.
Actively pursue new business opportunities and grow assigned Missouri territory.
Read and interpret blueprints to perform accurate window and door take-offs.
Prepare and present quotes aligned with company pricing and margin standards.
Secure signed proposals and convert estimates into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with Production and Warehouse to ensure order accuracy and timelines.
Maintain accurate CRM documentation in Pipedrive.
Travel to job sites and builder offices as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 per year.
Commission: 3% of total collected revenue (paid upon project collection).
Uncapped earning potential.
On-Target Earnings (Year 1): $95,000 – $115,000+ based on performance.
High performers who build strong builder relationships and consistently close projects can exceed $150,000 annually.
