We are seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Manager who enjoys connecting business strategy with operational execution, this opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will lead the planning process that aligns customer demand, inventory strategy, production capabilities, and financial goals. You will work closely with commercial, operations, procurement, product management, and finance teams to support business growth while improving service, efficiency, and supply chain performance.
This position is based onsite with regular collaboration across multiple business functions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead sales and operations planning process to ensure alignment across key business teams
  • Facilitate demand and supply planning discussions, identifying risks, opportunities, and actions to support business objectives
  • Partner with commercial teams to develop accurate customer demand forecasts and improve forecast reliability
  • Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, customer service performance, and operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain planning tools, forecasting methods, and performance metrics that support informed decision making
  • Work closely with procurement teams to provide visibility into material requirements and support sourcing plans
  • Support new product launches, portfolio optimization efforts, and other strategic business initiatives

The salary range for this position

  • Amboy, Illinois: $95,000- $120,000
  • Hoffman, Illinois: $109,000 - $130,000 

Pay within the range is based on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, education, work experience, specialized training, and labor market conditions.  In addition to salary, Sensient is proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to support the holistic well-being of our employees and their families.
