Job description

Leif Johnson Ford of Manor is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the desk, drive daily execution, and grow both volume and gross while keeping the customer experience clean and consistent.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll manage deals, coach the floor, enforce process, and coordinate with BDC and F&I to keep the store moving fast—without sloppy paperwork or missed opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Desk deals, structure offers, and support negotiations from TO to close

  • Coach and develop sales team daily (meet & greet, follow-up, appointment execution, closes)

  • Manage pipeline activity and ensure CRM logging + next steps are done correctly

  • Work with BDC to ensure reservations are confirmed and show-ready

  • Maintain trade appraisal discipline and pricing alignment

  • Partner with F&I to ensure clean handoffs and funded deals

  • Track and improve key metrics: show rate, close rate, gross, and productivity per rep

 Qualifications
  • 2+ years automotive sales management experience preferred

  • Strong desking, TO, and deal-structuring skills

  • Proven ability to coach and hold a team accountable to process and activity

  • Strong understanding of trade valuations, lender basics, and compliance flow

  • CRM discipline and reporting comfort (VinSolutions a plus)

  • Professional, consistent, and calm under pressure
