Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Learning & Development Specialist to help drive the development of our workforce through impactful training programs, technical learning initiatives, and internship development experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about workforce development, enjoys facilitating training, and thrives working closely with both field and office teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
• Coordinate and manage training programs from scheduling through completion
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual learning sessions
• Support onboarding and orientation initiatives
• Maintain and track training activity within the LMS
• Partner with operations leaders and subject matter experts to support workforce development
• Analyze participant feedback and training data to improve program effectiveness
• Support internship programming and early-career talent development initiatives
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Learning & Development function
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, workforce training, HR operations, or related fields
  • Experience facilitating training programs both virtually and in-person
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Passion for developing people and supporting operational excellence
