About The Role:

The Kitchen Manager leads the team in day-to-day culinary execution while upholding the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance.

This role is responsible for:

  • Leading BOH execution during daily service
  • Upholding and enforcing DOH safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
  • Coaching the team and upholding food to the highest standards
  • Training and developing all BOH team members
  • Taking ownership of kitchen facilities, equipment, and organization

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, standards, and team development.
