You will design impactful programs, partner with leadership to build key capabilities, and create a cultureย whereย continuous learning drives performance and engagement.ย

Leadership Developmentย 

  • Build and deliver manager training programs
  • Conduct manager skill gap analyses to identify capability needs and inform program design.
  • Align leadership development with company compensation philosophy, values, and behavioral expectations.
  • Build and run succession planning programs that prepare emerging leaders for future roles.ย 

Talent Development ย 

  • Drive skills development and internal mobility programs that support employee growth across the organization.
  • Build career pathing frameworks, including dedicated tracks for junior talent and interns.
  • Design and run structured 30/60/90 onboarding and mentorship programs. ย

  • Build leader tools and resources for effective goal setting across teams.

Learning Programs & Infrastructureย 

  • Build and run learning programs from the ground up, ensuring a consistent and effective new hire experience.
  • Implement and optimize learning platforms (LMS and related tools).
  • Curate and develop engaging learning content across digital and in-person formats.ย 

Performance & Impact Measurementย 

  • Define and track success metrics for L&D initiatives (engagement, retention, performance improvement).
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve programs and demonstrate impact.ย 

Team & Stakeholder Leadershipย 

  • Growย the L&D function from the ground up and grow it as the company scales.
  • Partner with leaders across regions and departments.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.ย

  • 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, orย a relatedย field.
