The CI Technician serves as a hands-on change agent on the shop floor, using data, observation, and Lean tools to identify inefficiencies and support sustainable process improvements across the plant.

• Identify waste in production processes (motion, waiting, defects, overproduction, transport, inventory, overprocessing)
