The Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing and responding to online sales inquiries, developing customer relationships, and guiding prospects through the vehicle purchasing process. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers who engage with the dealership through digital channels.Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond promptly to all internet leads from the dealership website and third-party referral sources
  • Manage incoming email communications and online inquiries
  • Build and maintain prospect files for all assigned leads
  • Provide vehicle pricing, financing information, and inventory availability to customers
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Process online and manual credit applications
  • Maintain current knowledge of vehicle products, market trends, and manufacturer certifications
  • Follow and execute the dealership sales process
  • Capture and upload vehicle photos for website listings as needed
  • Achieve established performance objectives, including customer satisfaction, gross profit, and sales volume goals
  • Attend department and sales meetings as required
