With over 700 employees and growing, we're leaders in structural steel, precision machining, heavy equipment rentals, commercial doors and hardware, engineered railing and ladder systems, and powersports. Shift & Shift Differentials: (Also receive 90 day and yearly performance reviews/raises based on performance) Day Shift
  • Mon-Fri 7am -4pm
Night Shifts
  • 2nd Shift = Mon-Thu 4pm-2:30am
  • 3rd Shift = Mon-Thu 8:30pm-7am
Night Shift Differentials
  • Day 1 of employment = Additional $2/HR
  • After 6 months = Additional $2/HR = $4/hr total differential
  • After 18 months = Additional $2/HR = $6/hr total differential
Weekend Shift
  • Fri, Sat, Sun 6am-7pm

  • Previous experience in manufacturing operations or other related fields preferred
  • Familiarity with construction tools and equipment preferred
  • Ability to interpret shop drawings and specifications preferred
  • General computer knowledge preferred
  • High School Diploma, Vocation Certification, or similar education preferred
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds
  • Must possess motivation to learn and succeed
  • Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to successfully complete all post-offer and pre-employment contingencies
