Micro Precision Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
  • Implement treatment strategies and therapeutic interventions for various presenting issues, maintaining clinical documentation, including treatment updates and case notes in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Manage a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering therapy that encompasses individual sessions, family therapy, and group therapy.
  • Utilize creativity in developing therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to reach and surpass their mental health goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, healthcare providers, and community resources, to ensure holistic support for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain client engagement through regular follow-ups and check-ins.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role will focus on serving a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and families dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. You will leverage culturally competent therapeutic practices and be sensitive to the varied backgrounds and experiences of each client. Your work will directly contribute to improving community health and wellness by empowering clients to confront and overcome personal challenges.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
  • Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mental health documentation, including completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage clients.
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic boundaries and ethical practices in client relationships.
