This position allows for a fully remote work setting, enabling therapists the flexibility to create a work-life balance that suits their individual needs. While therapists operate from the comfort of their own spaces, they also connect with colleagues via telehealth platforms and team meetings held online. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured yet flexible framework for patient engagement.

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses and developing tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of clients.
• Maintaining an active caseload of 25-30 client visits per week while ensuring comprehensive documentation that aligns with company policy.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong therapeutic relationships that foster client engagement and trust.
• Utilizing innovative and creative methods in therapy to help clients achieve and exceed their goals, adjusting strategies as needed based on progress.
• Preparing and submitting detailed session documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment reviews, and progress notes, in accordance with established guidelines.
• Collaborating with case managers, family members, medical personnel, education staff, and other providers to ensure holistic support for clients.

The therapist will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Our patient population often includes individuals facing challenges such as addiction, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression. A strong commitment to culturally competent care is essential, as our clients come from various backgrounds and experiences.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Demonstrate proficiency in mental health documentation, including the completion of diagnosis assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.
• Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills, essential for both client interactions and collaborative efforts with team members.

Successful applicants will ideally have:

• A solid understanding of family therapy practices and familiarity with community resources.
• Prior experience working directly with children, adolescents, couples, and families in therapeutic settings.
• Comfort with discussing fee structures and managing collections at the time of service.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries while demonstrating empathy and understanding toward clients.
• Experience working with a wide variety of client demographics, showcasing cultural sensitivity and responsiveness.
• Capability to clear a background check, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

Our organization offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a customizable compensation plan that includes:
